This is are new spring project watch as we totally restore this 1964 Little Gem to a new vintage look! the interior will be done in vintage Birch. look at the cool shape!

Here is the original interior watch as we replace this with beautiful vintage Birch interior.

This stove will look totally different with it's new colors.

Here we go! Windows being removed.

What a cross breeze.

Now we are removing roof moldings.

Door and frame removed.

Take a look! This is the last time you will see Little Blue before she transforms into The Gypsy Dream.

Here before the walls are removed the door sides have been redone with new framing where needed.

Here we are installing the new Birch paneling to side walls.

James is now applying silver chassis paint.

Here is the new interior design starting to take shape.

Notice the large cabinet on the right, that is for the retro ice box coming soon!

Here is a shot looking toward the front.

Here the outside of the unit is wrapped with Tyvek sheet for a moisture barrier and the base of the camper is wrap with aluminum so there will be no exposed wood.

Here is the Gypsy Dream ready for paint, Who is that in the door way! To be continued....

Here the epoxy primer has been applied just a hour ago and now you can see the top color has also been applied.

Here the front and back is complete.

Ok! The colors are done and the clear coat has been applied.

The front view - I like it! Looking Good. Till next time... When we start putting on the final touches - how exciting! and then she goes to wander the roads like the Gypsy she is!

Looks like the window frames are complete. I love that front paint design; way to go Jamie! Next time we shall install the stove, put in the counter tops, and start wrapping it up!
